Blythe CPAs & Advisors is pleased to announce the following staff promotions:

Thomas Baker, CPA – Member. Thomas serves as a Member in the Blythe CPAs & Advisors Tax practice. His focus is on the taxation of passthrough entities and their owners, as well as small to mid-sized estate planning and applicable filings.  Thomas is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining  Blythe CPAs & Advisors in 2014, Thomas started his career at a local firm in Calvert City, KY. While in Calvert City, Thomas served as manager of operations and successfully obtained his CPA license.

Savana Ortiz, CPA – Senior Accountant.Savana is a Senior Accountant primarily serving the firm’s tax practice. She joined the firm in 2019 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Western Kentucky University. Savana is a Certified Public Accountant and coauthor of Intelligent Process Automation: The Outlook of Internal Audit in the journal of Internal Auditing.  Her areas of professional interest include pass-through entity tax, robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Breanna Davis, CPA – Senior Accountant.Breanna is a Senior Accountant primarily serving the firm’s assurance clients. She joined the firm in 2018 part-time, transitioning to full-time by December of that year. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration in 2019 from Murray State University, before becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 2020.
